Extraction of time zone

For extracting the time zone of the desired location, with using the following table, you obtain the time zone of the considered country. Some countries such as Indonesia, Australia, Russia, Canada have several times zone.
The hours preceded by the sign (+) concern the time zones of the countries situated in the west of Greenwich and the hours mentioned with the sign (-) concern the countries situated in the east of Greenwich
