Extraction of time zone

For extracting the time zone of the desired location, with using the following table, you obtain the time zone of the considered country. Some countries such as Indonesia, Australia, Russia, Canada have several times zone.
The hours preceded by the sign (+) concern the time zones of the countries situated in the west of Greenwich and the hours mentioned with the sign (-) concern the countries situated in the east of Greenwich

No consideration of seasonal hour:
In spring or other season, the clock is advanced by one hour or more. But considering that the governments may change this programs (the program of changing time), therefore in the times tabulations of the calendar, seasonal times haven't been considered. So if users are interested to have the ritual times according the local seasonal time, they have to add it to the times mentions in the tabulations.
